Having spent a number of years as head chef in hotels, restaurants and banqueting centres around the UK, Trevor decided to take his skills on the road and worked with outside caterers for blue chip companies and sporting events, including Donington Park Super-bikes, Silverstone Grand Prix, Royal Ascot, Cowes Yacht Regatta, Twickenham and Wimbledon to name but a few.
Trevor was Proprietor of his own catering company and Owner of a Hotel In Shropshire, providing corporate hospitality to high profile companies such as Bentley and Land Rover at prestigious venues, which included Blenheim Palace, Ragley Hall and Sudeley Castle.
Trevor’s style reflects his wide experience in orchestrating key events and presenting cuisine for some of the worlds most demanding clientele, at royal functions, banquets and corporate events for up to 2,000 people. His trade has taken him around the world on board the QE2 (Cunard’s flagship) and Luxury yachts.
During the summer season Trevor works as a Private Chef on board Super yachts and villas around the Mediterranean, cooking and provisioning for crew and guests Using the best Mediterranean ingredients.
During the winter, he can be found at research stations on Antarctica, cooking for the British Antarctic Survey research team
team, in this inhospitable environment to ensure well balanced, nutritious, varied and creative meals are served on a regular basis.
Now working from his base in Leicestershire Trevor is able to offer Nutrition advice, dinner parties in your home or chosen venue, wedding catering and cookery demonstrations.
